Welcome to 307 Glow! We’re two friends whose journey began during beauty school. Together we share a passion for beauty, confidence, and unforgettable moments. Over the years, we have each carved out our own paths in the beauty industry - Ana [ as an Esthetician] and - Tae-Lyn [ as a Cosmetologist]
Now, we have decided to combine our unique skills to create the ultimate dream team for brides and their wedding parties. With our combined expertise in both skincare/makeup and hairstyling/artistry, we bring a seamless blend of talent and creativity to every occasion.
At 307 Glow, we believe every bride deserves to feel radiant, confident, and authentically beautiful. We’re here to make your vision a reality, ensuring your special day starts with a little pampering, a lot of laughs, and a glow that lasts all day long.

Tae-lyn Faigle - Hair Stylist
Hi there, My name is Tae-lyn. I am a licensed cosmetologist, I own a salon with my mom in downtown casper. I have a very special love for styling hair and weddings. Why not combine both and take joy in making women feel beautiful and confident in their look on the BIG day.
I pride my self in knowing I am doing everything I can in creating a happy, calming, and safe environment for all of my clients.
When I'm not doing what I love in the salon or busy with a wedding. I am usually at home with my family, continuing my education and skills, out hunting, or just enjoying the outdoors, as well as coaching a travel volleyball team!

Ana Shanley - Makeup Artist
Hi, I’m Ana, a bridal makeup artist/esthetician with a passion for enhancing natural beauty and helping every client feel their best on their special day. I firmly believe beauty is we hold innately - in the way we smile, the sparkle in our eyes, and the confidence we exude when we feel our best. Makeup for me, isn't about changing who you are but about celebrating your unique features and elevating your natural radiance.
Beyond the brushes and palettes, I pride myself in creating a warm and welcoming experience. My goal is to create a look that both reflects your personality and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your own skin.
When I'm not busy with weddings or providing esthetic services, I enjoy working on my car, spending time with family, or exploring new beauty trends. Building genuine connections with my clients is what drives my passion, and I'm truly honored to be a small part of such memorable moments!
